The three-year, full-time Bachelor of Education degree will equip you for a career as a primary school teacher, where you may have a long-lasting effect on children and society. The course will take your innate leadership qualities and fluid communication skills and give you the subject knowledge, as well as the tools to manage your classroom, motivate yourself and your students, comprehend how kids learn, and navigate the educational system. The program uses a variety of evaluation tools to evaluate student's progress in the various modules using exploratory, constructive, and knowledge-based methods, ensuring high-quality teaching. Alternate Entry Criteria:
20 years old, completion of Grade 10 / Level 3 qualification, 2 years of relevant work experience and successful completion of an MQA approved University Preparation Program OR Completion of a Level 4 qualification (unrelated), and successful completion of an MQA approved University Preparation Program
